Our team of professionals are here to assist you and oversee every aspect of your wedding. Each package differs slightly - ranging from our
Platinum Package which coordinates and oversees every aspect of your wedding from booking with us through your Honeymoon (full planning services),
to our Silver Package which offers guidance, advice, and assistance leading up to your wedding and full coordination details on your wedding day.

All three package levels include:
Complimentary initial consultation, Wedding Timeline development with checklist (from booking through event),
Ceremony and Reception Venue scouting(amount varies), Vendors referrals, On-Site Wedding Day Coordinating Services (hours vary),
10% discount on Floral and Décor Packages. See below for upgrades to each package:




PLATINUM PACKAGE
Pre-Wedding - Ceremony and Venue scouting
(up to 5 on-site visits). Assist in developing budget and tracking. Vendor review, negotiations, finalize booking. We continue to act as point person for vendors through post wedding wrap up. Research and make recommendations, and assistance with travel/transportation arrangements for family and guests. Provide local 'points of interest' packet for travelers. Assist with wedding website set up and upkeep. Provide suggestions for wedding favors, accessories, gifts. Assist with Wedding License and forms. Offer all around, general advice,
bi-monthly follow up meeting, plus additional if necessary. Oversee rehearsal on/off ceremony site.
Wedding Day - unlimited time on-site (up to 3 locations) with your coordinator and two assistants to be sure you can relax and enjoy your day.
We will assist family, wedding party and guests as needed. Coordinate / oversee ceremony and reception set up with associate vendors (Officiant, Photographer, DJ/Music, Baker, etc.), set out and arrange any special items provided by wedding party (such as goblets, photos, place cards, signs, etc.), distribute wedding party flowers, boutonnieres, corsages. Oversee timeline to stay on track, keeping wedding party informed. Manage Bride/Groom departure, distribute final payments and gratuities
to vendors, coordinate load out of all vendors.
Post wedding wrap up – follow up on rental returns, return of any security deposits, and fulfill additional reasonable requests.
Pricing begins at $4500.00 for ‘in town’ events
(Los Angeles, Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Diego, Riverside and Orange Counties).

GOLD PACKAGE
Pre-Wedding - Ceremony / Venue scouting (up to 3 on-site visits). Assist in developing budget, provide guidance. Act as point person for your vendors leading up to your event, coordinate and provide timeline. Research and make recommendations, for travel/transportation arrangements for family and guests. Wedding website review and suggestions. Provide suggestions for wedding favors, accessories, gifts. Monthly follow up meeting, guidance as necessary. Oversee rehearsal on/off ceremony site.
Wedding Day - up to 10 hours / 2 locations total, on-site with your coordinator and one assistant (per our discretion) to allow you to relax and enjoy your day. We will assist family, wedding party and guests as needed. Coordinate / oversee ceremony and reception set up with associate vendors (Officiant, Photographer, DJ/Music, Baker, etc.), set out and arrange any special items provided by wedding party (such as goblets, photos, place cards, signs, etc.), oversee timeline to stay on track, distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors, coordinate load out of all vendors.
Pricing begins at $2800.00

SILVER PACKAGE
Pre-Wedding - Meeting at Ceremony / Venue location for walk through (up to 2 locations). Assist in creating budget, general advice. Vendor recommendations. Provide suggestions for wedding favors, accessories, gifts. Act as point person for your vendors leading up to your event, coordinate and provide timeline. Monthly follow up meeting, guidance as necessary. Oversee rehearsal on/off ceremony site
Wedding Day - up to 8 hours, on-site coordinating with your coordinator to allow you to relax and enjoy your day. We will assist family, wedding party and guests as needed. Coordinate and oversee set up for both ceremony and reception with associate vendors (Officiant, Photographer, DJ/Music, Baker, etc.), set out and arrange any special items provided by wedding party (such as goblets, photos, place cards, signs, etc.), oversee timeline to stay on track, coordinate load out of all vendors.
